A few words about who I am. I have been working in the field of digital transformation for over 13 years. Throughout my career, I have held various roles across sectors such as retail, e-commerce, hospitality, luxury, and supply chain, spanning pre-sales, project management, and product management.
My educational background is in International Commerce and Logistics, which initially led me into the trading business for raw chemicals sourced worldwide.
In the early 2000s, I moved to Russia to work for Rusal, the largest Russian aluminium producer. There, I focused on supply chain and process improvement projects, learning to apply business analysis techniques such as BPMN modelling, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Kanban.
In 2012, drawing on my supply chain experience, I was hired by the German group Kuehne+Nagel for an IT project with the French retailer Auchan, which involved implementing a Supply Chain Management (SCM) system and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) in Russia.
This marked the beginning of my career in IT. During my first six months, I learned to analyse technical incidents, write database queries, and restart systems at all hours of the night. The challenges of that first implementation ultimately built a strong friendship with the client and end-users, and I came to understand that dedication and empathy are key to solving complex IT problems.
Over time, I decided to deepen my expertise in IT projects and product management, obtaining well-recognised certifications including ITIL, PMBoK, and PRINCE2 — qualifications that have sharpened both my confidence and my approach to planning.
Today, I am dedicated to connecting systems via APIs and designing automation workflows and AI agents.
On a personal note, I currently live in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, a charming medieval town near Paris. I have spent half my life across various countries, including Poland, Russia, and even the jungles of Guinea. I am the lucky parent of three children and two granddaughters, and share my home with a lovely fluffy cat who can play hide and seek for hours.
My passions include socialising, art (especially painting and media art), and archaeology. I am also an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying trail running, skiing, and swimming. I love combining sport and travel by taking part in races — pushing beyond my comfort zone and testing both my physical and mental limits.
