What was done
At start, fresh goods needed a fast logistics process at the warehouse using X-docking, picking was slow and the purchase process of fresh products was not optimized.
The solution was the integration with ERP with a new SCM and WMS.
Having a « pick and carry » sale model, no sale system existed in the store. The store did not have visibility nor on the back office stock neither on the supply.
